Welcome to CraigBellamy.com!

A new fansite dedicated to West Ham and Wales star Craig Bellamy that will deliver the latest news on the Welsh player. The speedy striker, now 29 years old, is a key player in both the West Ham United and Wales set up. Craig Bellamy has never entirely settled at a club since Newcastle, and has been transferred to three different clubs since leaving Newcastle United. Bellamy is viewed in the footballing world as established, pacey and a good finisher.

Craig Bellamy, a father of three, was born in Wales in 1979. However, he went up through the ranks at Bristol Rovers but he never played a professional game for the club as Bradford Park Avenue snapped him up in 1995. His time there was short lived though, as Norwich City took an interest in the young keen striker. Bellamy went on to make 84 caps for Norwich scoring a total of 32 goals equating to a goal every 2.6 games and becoming a fans favorite in Norwich. After four years at Norwich, he then moved on to Coventry before joining Newcastle United in 2001. He then went on to join Celtic on loan, Liverpool and Blackburn. He joined his current club West Ham in 2007 for a transfer fee of £7.5 Million pounds and is still looking to kick start his career at Upton Park after an injury struck 2006-07 season. Bellamy is desperately trying to form a good partnership with Dean Ashton, at Upton Park. A potential partnership that would have many excited. Craig Bellamy has therefore professionally played for eight different clubs in his career.

Craig Bellamy has not only impressed at club level in his career, he has also impressed at International level. He played eight times for the Wales u21 side scoring one goal, and has made a hefty 51 appearances for the senior Wales side and in return has 15 goals - impressive stats for a Welsh striker. He still commits to Wales football club - as long as he keeps playing regular football for West Ham and stays fit - then Wales will continue to pick him in their squads.

Not only has the striker given so much to football, he also gave a mammoth £650,000 to war-torn country Sierra Leone in order to give the children more of a structure and education of the beautiful game. Craig Bellamy should really be deeply praised for this action, and it certainly shows the guys fantastic character - showed not only on, but off the football field as well.
